How old is Evan Sabahnur actually supposed to be? Sometimes he looks 18 and other times he looks like he’s 12! The inconsistency with these characters looks seriously drives me crazy.
Around 16. He was 15.9 when he came out of the tank.

It’s been a while. I’ve grown up quite a bit since I left home. I miss Kansas a lot.
But I miss you more.
Today is Mother’s Day. A lot of the kids here don’t have their parents anymore. I wish I was home so I could make you breakfast and give you hugs and kisses. I miss you and pa more than anything.
I’m learning to be the hero you wanted me to be. I’m going to make you proud. I promise.

These books are really long! And I can’t understand a word they’re saying...That sounds terrible.

As for wedgies they’re terrible if you’re on the receiving end but hilarious if you’re the one giving them.
Can’t you ask for help? Get one’a those revision guides with all the notes and stuff in? I had a few of those when I was still in school.

Have I ever been wedgie’d before? Damn right I have; they’re not always pleasant, but as I said, they’re always funny if it’s happening to another person. You’ve not been a real teenager until you’ve given some chump - like Headmaster Logan - a wedgie.
As for those handy books, they’re pretty good for lit stuff as far as I can remember. Goes into all the stupid symbolic stuff only nerds notice… not that there’s anythin’ wrong with being a nerd, one’a my best buds is a nerd.
I don’t think that’d be a very good idea. I don’t wanna get stabbed.
I’ve been called a nerd before, but I don’t think I am one. Not as much as Quentin is, anyway. I don’t know how the heck he does it, but he always gets perfect scores on his essays. Anarchy promotes eloquent writing, I guess?
